Phillip Richard Hall, 57, a resident of Racine, Wisconsin formerly of Bettendorf, Iowa and LeClaire, Iowa died Monday, June 11, 2012 in Ankeny, Iowa.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to the time of service Thursday.  Memorials may be made to the family for a college fund for Phillip’s grandchildren.

Phillip was born May 3, 1955 in Clinton, Iowa the son of William and Doris (Silvers) Hall.

He worked as a Machinist Specialist for Maynard Steel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching NASCAR, drag racing, tinkering in his garage, working on cars and his many motorcycles, reading and was an excellent cook.  Phillip was a very good man and was always willing to do anything for anyone.

Those left to honor his memory include his significant other, Linda Hylton, Racine, Wisconsin; his daughter, Brandy Hall, Bettendorf; his son, Gerad (Melissa) Hall, Hampton, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kyrstin and Ayden; his sisters, Sandy (Stan) Miller, LeClaire, Susie (Randy) Dague, Litchfield, Minnesota and Marcia (John) Heidgerken, Litchfield; his brothers, Greg Hall, Oquawka, Illinois and Mark Hall, LeClaire and many nieces; nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Michael Hall.
