Robert “Bob” Hardy, 68, a resident of Hugo, Minnesota and formerly of Bettendorf, Iowa passed away on Friday, March 25, 2011.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Beverly (Ritter) Hardy, his children, Brenda & Rob Jr., his grandchildren, Jacob, Lukas and Railynn; his sisters, Betty Tucker of Rifle, Colorado, Sue (Jim) Snook of Centerville Iowa and Jeannie (Kenneth) Richards of Albia, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Frances Ewoldt of Greenwood, Wisconsin; and a brother & sister-in-law, Jim & Marilyn Ritter of Beardstown, Illinois; and many nieces & nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Margery & Floyd Hiatt; an infant brother, Jimmy; and his parents-in-law, Gus & Annie Ritter.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Eye Surgeons Associates as a nanny & caregiver for the children of Drs. Amir & Lisa Arbisser.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home of Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
