Robert Taylor

Robert Joseph Taylor, 71 of Bettendorf, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Unity Point Healthcare Trinity in Bettendorf.

Per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and no services will take place.

Robert was born March 19, 1947 in Woonsocket Rhode Island, and on March 6, 1999, he was united in marriage to LaDeane Welch in Las Vegas. Robert was known as a loving, sweet, sincere and a compassionate man by his family and loved ones. He was an avid coin collector, along with baseball cards, NASCAR cards, and trading cards in general. He was a skilled woodworker, and loved building furniture and anything made of wood.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, LaDeane; his daughter Sharyn Taylor; his sons, Robert, and Todd Taylor, and his step-son Carl; along with four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother.
