Robert J. Turner, 34, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died Saturday, May 22, 2004.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 27, 2004 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
He was born December 15, 1969 in Davenport, the son of Joe & Carol (Jeffrey) Turner.
Robert was employed as a fabricator for Potter Form & Tie Company of Eldridge, Iowa for the past 3 years.
He loved animals of all kinds and in his spare time, enjoyed watching NASCAR Racing, playing pool and shooting darts.
Those left to honor his memory include his son, Dillon Christopher Turner; his parents, Joe & Carol Turner of Davenport; his sisters, Shawn Moyers & her husband, Dannie of Pensacola, Florida, Annette Faircloth & her husband, Steve of Pensacola, Jackie Turner & her companion, Ron Tanamor of Davenport and Rhonda Turner & her companion, Josh Alfaro of Grove, Oklahoma; his brothers, George Turner of Davenport and Larry Turner & his companion, Chula Gaona of Davenport; and his grandmothers, Minnie Jeffrey of Eldon, Iowa and Evelyn Coon of Davenport.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers.
