Ronald G. Leuth

Ronald G. Leuth, 86, of Bettendorf, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at the Fountains in Bettendorf.
No services will be held at this time and McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ron was born November 19, 1937 in Bettendorf, the son of Melvin P. & Averil B. (Felt) Leuth.  He was a 1957 graduate of LeClaire High School.  Ron was united in marriage to Carol R. Herdt on July 29, 1960 at First Presbyterian Church in LeClaire.
He had retired from Franks Foundry in Moline after 35 years of employment.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Carol; his daughter and son-in-law, Monica & Willliam Holst of Davenport; his son and daughter-in-law, Eric & Tracy Leuth of Rock Island; his granddaughters, Jessica (Cory) Molacek and Kayla Holst; and his great-grandson, Calvin Molacek.
In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Leuth.
