Schelley D. Sanders, 43, a resident of Moline, Illinois died on Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport, Iowa following an extended illness.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel in Bettendorf. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Gilda’s Club of the Quad-Cities.
She was born January 9, 1968 in Davenport the daughter of Grant A. & Hellen (Lovedy) Cadwallader.
Schelley was employed as a Mary Kay Cosmetic representative and decorated cakes in her home.
She loved to go camping, was fond of animals and enjoyed singing karaoke.
Those left to honor her memory include her sons, Robert Sanders and Michael Sanders, both of Moline; her sisters, Orba (Tom) Zinger of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Mary (Dennis) Schmit of Des Moines, Iowa; her brother, Gregg (Carla) Cadwallader of Springfield, Missouri; and several nieces & nephews.
Her parents preceded her in death.
