Shannon M. Kensinger, 37, a resident of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, formerly of Davenport, died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Cedar Rapids.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf, Iowa. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.
Shannon was born August 14, 1970 in Davenport, the son of Albern L. Kensinger and Sharon L. (Hartman) Infield.
Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Sharon of Fulton, Missouri; his sister, Julie Kensinger of Fulton; his grandmother, Jane Hartman of Fulton; his aunt, Lois Meyer of LeClaire, Iowa; Danny Infield of Fulton and Rick Kensinger of Peoria, Illinois.
Shannon was preceded in death by his father, Albern; his sister, Christy and his brothers, J.R. and Brian.
