Sheri Marquette

Sheri Marquette, 61, a resident of Camanche, Iowa, died Friday, August 1, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center North in Clinton.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in LeClaire. Visitation will be on Monday, August 4 th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
Born on May 29, 1953 in Davenport, Sheri was the daughter of Wilbur and Hazel (Thomas) Marquette.
Sheri enjoyed playing card games, especially euchre. She also enjoyed horseback riding and cherished her time spent with her grandchildren.
Those left to honor her memory include her son, Todd Marquette of Davenport; two grandchildren, Tate and Taylor Marquette; her mother, Hazel Marquette of Camanche; two sisters, Janet Hull of Camanche and Dorothy Marquette of Princeton; two brothers, Gary Marquette of Bettendorf and Mike (Sheila) Marquette of Camanche; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
