Tim Weaver

Tim Weaver, 48, a resident of Davenport, Iowa, passed away, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus in Davenport.
Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19, 2014 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Friday. Memorials may be made to the Tim Weaver Memorial Fund.
Born on September 30, 1966 in Davenport, Tim was the son of Edward and Carol (Holdgrafer) Weaver.
Tim was a cook for Tappa’s Steak House in Davenport for over 27 years. Tim enjoyed computer games and could fix anything. He had a huge heart and was always helping others with anything asked of him.
Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Carol Weaver; brothers, Jerry and James Weaver; sisters, Mary Kay (Patrick) O’Keefe and Sara (Chad) Tholen; his nieces, Jessica and Megan Hoffmann; his oldest friend, Jimmy Tappa and the entire Tappa family.
Tim was preceded in death by his father.
