Vivienne was born on December 18, 1920 in LeClaire, the daughter of James William and Tina Bell (Powell) Clark. On September 2, 1944 in Moline, she married Louis Vincent Mohr. He preceded her in death in 1987.

Vivienne was a member of First Presbyterian Church in LeClaire, Order of Eastern Star, Scott Zedoka Rebekah Lodge, LeClaire Civic Club, Women of the Moose and Quad City Times Plus 60 Club. Vivienne had an affinity for music. Her first musical debut was playing for the church Christmas program one week after her 5th birthday. Vivienne enjoyed gardening and cherished time spent with her family, especially singing around the piano.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Helen Decker Schebler of Davenport; her son, Edward J. (Bonnie) Mohr of Godfrey, IL; her daughter-in-law, Jan Mohr of Paducah, KY; plus a loving family of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, David Mohr; grandson, Brian Mohr; sister, Elizabeth Knapp; and brother, Cpt. Ralph Clark.
