Warren Lee Ratliff

Warren Lee Ratliff Sr., 67, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died Thursday, May 20, 2010 at the Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf, Iowa. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
Warren was born August 15, 1942 in Rock Island, Illinois the son of Leo & Eva Mae (Opsal) Ratliff. He was united in marriage to Judith Knight on August 28, 1959 in Rock Island, Illinois. She preceded him in death. He was later married to Mary Ann Thompson on September 1, 1984 in Davenport, Iowa.
Warren worked as a carpenter and maintenance supervisor. He enjoyed fishing, camping and loved being outdoors.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Mary Ann, Davenport, Iowa; his daughters, Marcie (Everett) McCain, Davenport, Iowa, Barbara (Michael) Candelaria, Colorado and Lisa (Derek) Karr, Davenport, Iowa; his sons, Warren Lee (Denise) Ratliff Jr., East Moline, Illinois, Michael (Stephanie) Ratliff, Davenport, Iowa, Robert (Susan) Kuehl, Arvada, Colorado, Terry (Michele) Kuehl, Colorado and Wayne Davis, Davenport, Iowa; thirty grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; his brother, Richard Young, Chulavista, California and his daughter-in-law, Teresa Ratliff Davenport, Iowa and his dog, Snickers.
In addition to his wife, Judith he was preceded in death by his son, Lonnie Ratliff and his parents.
Friends and family are invited to a pot luck luncheon following the service at West Lake Park, Davenport, Iowa in the Lakeview Shelter at gate 1.
