Wendy A. Hentze

Wendy A. (Cusack) Hentze, 45, a resident of Davenport, Iowa and formerly of Speigletown, New York died on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at her home following an extended illness.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel in Bettendorf, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association in care of the Memorials & Honors Program, National Processing Center, P.O. Box 11537, Alexandria, Virginia 22312.
She was born July 23, 1961 in Troy, New York, the daughter of Donald “Pete” & Bette (Gowie) Cusack. On April 6, 1996, she was united in marriage to Mark D. Hentze in Long Grove, Iowa.
Wendy retired from the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, Illinois and in earlier years, worked at the Ft. Belvoir, Virginia.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Mark; her mother, Bette Keenan of Kinderhook, New York; her sister, Holly (Christopher) Izzo of Queensberry, New York and their son, Wendy’s special nephew, Christopher; and her grandmother, Marion Remeika of Cohoes, New York.
Wendy was preceded in death by her father, Donald “Pete”.
