Wilbert L. Ruchotzke

Wilbert L. Ruchotzke, 76, a resident of Eldridge, Iowa died on Monday, February 27, 2006 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport, Iowa.
His funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 3, 2006 at Faith Lutheran Church, Eldridge where he was a member. Family graveside services will be held on Saturday. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Chambers Funeral Home, Eldridge. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church.
He was born in Lowden on May 4, 1929.
Wilbert farmed near Lowden, Iowa and later at Oxford Junction, Iowa.
During the Korean Conflict, he served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1955.
Those left honor his memory include his wife, Dolores; his daughters, Jeannie (Jim) Forsythe of Shelton, Washington and Julie (Steven) Bronson of Saunemin, Illinois; four grandchildren; his sister, Donna (Bill) Branch of Davenport, Iowa; and his twin brother, Wilfred (Marlene) Ruchotzke of Oxford Junction, Iowa.
