Wilma Meumann

Private family graveside services for Wilma “Sue” Meumann will take place at a later date at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa. Sue passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at ProMedica Skilled Nursing and ReHab, Davenport, Iowa.

Sue Berry was born on May 25, 1944 in Ava, Missouri, the daughter of Doyne and Verdia (Leek) Berry. She married Dale Meumann Sr. on September 22 1961,  in Bettendorf, Iowa. He preceded her in death on December 14, 2021.  Sue enjoyed cooking, canning and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her sons; Dale Meumann and his significant other, Teresa of Eldridge, Iowa, Danny (Tammy) Meumann of Albany, Illinois, Terry (Lisa) Meumann of Denver, Colorado, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a brother; John Berry of McCausland, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother; Don Berry.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
